The GarajMahal features individually owned storage units in a secure, fenced, 24hr-a-day accessible complex which is conveniently located off of Hwy. 97 and Empire Blvd. at the base of Awbrey Butte. Units are available in 14x30 (420 SF) and 14x48 (672 SF), and are perfect for RV, boat, or extra vehicle storage. Users can combine units to create larger spaces if so desired. Each unit is heated, lighted, features a 12x14 roll-up door w/automatic option, and fire sprinklers. Units are scheduled for completion in Late Summer 2008. Non-binding reservation agreements are available immediately and this is proving to be a popular project, with units disappearing rapidly and the project already 50% pre-reserved.
