Steve Larsen
As owner and principal broker of SLP, Steve Larsen is excited to be at the vanguard of the commercial real estate market in Central Oregon. After several highly successful years in the local market, Steve decided it was time to form his own brokerage with the goal of better serving the needs of his client base. Steve was a top professional athlete for many years in the disciplines of cycling and triathlon, spending time on Team Motorola, and as one of the nation’s highest ranked mountain bikers and Ironman triathletes. He brings a similar drive and intensity to the real estate profession. Steve hales from Davis, California, where he owned and operated Steve Larsen’s Wheelworks — a successful cycling and triathlon shop. He has lived in Bend off and on since 1995, and permanently settled here with his wife and children in 2003. Steve hopes to leave a legacy as a tireless advocate for his clients and as an energetic father to his five children.
