Damon Kluck
After three years working for Oppenheimer & Co., an industry-leading financial services company in San Francisco, Damon joins “Team SLP” with an eye towards utilizing this private equity investment knowledge to assist clients in finding the best investment opportunities possible. Born and raised in Eureka, CA, Damon headed south for college and graduated UC Santa Cruz with a BA in Business and Economics in 1999. Rising through the national cycling ranks during his youth and college years, Damon earned a spot on The US National Cycling Team in 2000, as well as his first professional contract (with Team Jelly-Belly), and spent the next two years living and racing in Belgium. Soon afterwards, Damon was given his second pro contract, and joined Team Saturn. Damon’s domestic racing success with Team Saturn then lead to a contract with top international team US Postal Service. While on US Postal, Damon lived in Girona, Spain and was a teammate of Lance Armstrong’s. Traveling annually to Central Oregon since 1993, including several years as a competitor in the Cascade Cycling Classic, Damon was married here in 2007, and later that same year moved to the area permanently to join Steve Larsen Properties.
